Sent my wife's expensive wedding dress to these guys which was extremely dirty and had quite heavy red wine staining in patches throughout the dress, I was absolutely devastated thinking the dress was forever ruined. The dress came back looking like the day I purchased it from the bridal shop. The level of care and detail and the care in packaging it and sending it back to me was first class. Wow what can I say? Used this company for my wife’s wedding dress cleaning and couldn’t be happier. Imran got me booked in, item received by treasured possession the next working day and they got straight to work. 2 days later dress was posted back to me and I couldn’t be happier. Sent both my wedding dress and my husbands 3 piece suit in to be cleaned. I did have an issue with DPD saying they had tried to collect the items but I was in all day and never heard a knock at the door (must have knocked with a feather) I called to find out what was going on and Imran (sorry if I got the name wrong!) was so great and helped to re arrange the pick up for another day. I did get an email confirmation with pictures of both when they arrived and there were some concerns the dress was going to be difficult to clean (was sent in March and the wedding was in December and the dress was quite dirty with a lot of dried in mud) but they said they would do their best. Received both back guys last week and they did an AMAZING job on the dress! I can't see any dirt at all and it looks brand new! So happy and would highly recommend. Only slight draw back was I did email a couple of times (once to let them know my phone number had changed and once to ask about return delivery again as I couldn't find the email saying when I had arranged it to come back in June) and I didn't hear from them but that's not really a massive issue as I could have called them to check as well. I sent my wedding dress and my husband’s suit for cleaning after our wedding day. My dress has arrived back today and all boxed up and like brand new✨ even though I didn’t receive much communication during the process, I was told at the start my dress may be difficult to clean due to all the stains on the bottom. I ordered the full wedding dress preservation package. Dress was collected from my home in Manchester and returned in a custom box. My dress had heavy dirt on the hem and some wine stains. All removed. Staff were responsive over email and very professional service.
